Terms and Conditions for Submitting Photos and Videos
We appreciate your help in dobbing in the worst roads in Victoria!

Before you upload your photos or videos, please read through these simple guidelines so we're all on the same track.

By submitting your photos or videos, you agree to the following:

1. Your Original Work
You confirm that the photos or videos you are uploading are your own work. This means no copying someone else’s content or using images pulled from the internet or stock imagery.

2. Taken in Victoria, Australia
We’re focused on improving Victorian roads, so make sure the photos or videos you upload were taken within the state of Victoria.

3. No Edits or AI Magic
We need an honest view of road conditions, so please ensure your photos and videos are unaltered. No Photoshop or AI-generated content – we want it exactly as you saw it.

4. Safety First
Your safety is our top priority. We ask that you take your photos or videos in a safe manner:

- Preferably during daylight hours
- Avoiding peak traffic periods
- Using footpaths, grass areas, or hazard lights where appropriate
- Always being aware of your surroundings and acting with caution

5. No Offensive or Inappropriate Content

We ask that you avoid submitting any photos or videos that contain offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content, such as discriminatory images, offensive, or anything harmful.

6. Use of Your Submission
By submitting your photos or videos, you give us permission to use them to help highlight road issues in Victoria. This could include publishing them on our website, sharing them on social media, or using them in reports, prints, and other campaign material.

We’re grateful for your contribution and excited to work together to make our roads safer!
